The Challenge
The goal was to build a platform that serves multiple user types—pet owners, veterinarians, shop owners, and admins—while keeping the experience simple and intuitive. It required balancing different functionalities like appointment booking, product sales, and content publishing without making the system complex or confusing for users.

I worked as a full-stack developer, involved from early-stage planning to execution: Gathered requirements through market research and end-user behavior analysis. Collaborated with domain experts to shape the product direction. Designed and developed the frontend experience. Built and integrated APIs for booking, payments, and product management. Implemented admin controls for managing users, doctors, and platform activities.
